Given current demands on all Federal Agencies/Departments, particularly our AMSUS members, we are shifting annual meeting submission due dates to the right 6 weeks to allow the time necessary with so many focusing on COVID-19 response. These new deadlines are now hard stops and compress the schedule, which affects preparation processes.

New deadlines to submit your abstract:

Lecture abstract deadline extended to 17 July 2020

Poster abstracts deadline extended to 3 August 2020
